  • Meditation

    Meditation or Mindfulness gives you something that nothing else can.  It opens you up to yourself at all levels.

    Practicing regular Meditation/Mindfulness will:

    • Bring you peace of mind, calmness and a sense of well-being
    • Brings better health, relationships, and a better life
    • Brings personal, philosophical, and spiritual insights - E,g.  Einstein, Thomas Edison all got their insights through meditation
    • It gives you direct experience with who you are, the beautiful unique self that we all are beyond our conditioning.

    £3 suggested donation

    Class: Tuesdays 5.30 pm (duration 45 mins)

  • Hatha Yoga

    Hatha yoga describes the physical practice of yoga. In fact, sometimes the name Hatha is used interchangeably with "yoga." The slow pace and simple breathing exercises make it a great place to learn basic poses and become comfortable on the mat.

    Classes are on Tuesdays at 6.30 pm and Thursdays at 5.30 pm

  • Women's Yoga

    Nourish your mind and body through a vinyasa and yin inspired yoga class. Use the power of your breath relax and build stability and strength as we move through the sequence.

    60 mins £9 per class.

    Mondays 7.15 pm.
